The public opinion on this thou Craig is we've been caught up to our necks in the shit pushed by the BBC and other media outlets. Nope, I disagree. You wont convince me that a tax tribunal and appeal will ultimately end up being dealt with and the decision made based on public opinion. Even though those people pay taxes too if they made a decision which was made on anything other than the evidence then that would be prejudiced. Much as though our judicial system can be a pile of shit at times, I just cant see it being the case in tax cases. Personally I wont give a shit because we have won the case, and that will be because it has been determined by an independent panel of arbitrators.
