How do you want Thanks/groan options to appear?

We can't please everyone, no way, but I think removing the Thanks button is a shame because it was used a LOT to genuinely thank people.

 

If we can only have ONE now then I prefer thanks for the same reason it was nice to give and nice to receive. You can agree or disagree by posting accordingly.

The thing with a thanks button is that it can legitimately be used in many instances. "Agree" means you agree with the post but if someone is telling you something factual that you didnt know then to "agree" seems inappropriate.....

I still quite like the no thanks as well though, although I don't think I have ever used it.

 

I don't like the agree disagree now we have had the chance to try it.

The problem with the agree button is that it might hinder discussion. Whereas you may agree with something and post and go on to elaborate, if you're just clicking the button you may well just leave it at that.
