Someone needs to get in touch with the council ASAP

Recommended Posts

It's not the Council who need to be contacted - it's whoever started this ball rolling.

Marches/protests like this are illegal. There are steps to follow.

I don't like the sound of it, and it could get messy. Just asking for trouble IMHO.

Some people should be retracting what they have said and done and offering more well advised advice - and in no uncertain terms.

The law says the police can break up any ad hoc gathering for any reason so all it would take is for the police to tell people to disperse and if they don't do so the protesters would be definitely breaking the law and liable to arrest.

I’ve had 100’s of section 60’s at the football in Scotland and england. They can use them for this as well, they’re a pain in the arse. I’ve no doubt they’ll use them on sat unless you get the relevant people onside, and quick.
