Lamest excuse EVER for our League perfomances.

It really pisses me off this excuse more than most. We've only played a few games in Europe so far.

Going by what he says... we'd be lucky to have a first XI out after christmas.

It is obvious more effort is being put into the European games when you see them, but it should be the other way around. Regaining the SPL should always be the main agenda every season.

I can't see why a top athlete in the game can't do both. You don't get Man U or Barcelona moaning about playing in Europe.

Playing twice a week has always been nothing out of the ordinary at Rangers.

He needs to look at videos of Walter Smith's side in 92/93. They won the treble despite 10 of the biggest European games with great performances at home and abroad.

So is Boyd saying that they can sacrifice the league and cups this season for European sucess?

Whereas we'd all love to go to Hampden in May, getting to the UEFA final doesnt mean we have to sacrifce domestic games.

Nonsense

If we won the UEFA cup would that constitute a successful season?

Its say it was a fantastic achievement but if we finished 7th in the league and went out the SFA cup in jan then that wouldnt be great.

But we need to be in europe next season IMO.
