A few on twitter saying the judge says it still stands....

 

Didn't matter in the end tbh. We should have gone straight to CAS. That would have legally stood and SFA would have had to overturn.

The club were arguing we couldn't go to them as per SFA rules.

The SFA articles don't allow for an approach to the CAS.

Strangely, the SFA were arguing that Rangers should have taken it to CAS. I was of the belief that they didn't recognise CAS rulings.
