McColl & Co kick off Monday's business with £6m bid to wrest control from Green

Recommended Posts

Problem is none of them have proved they have long term funding.

The point is that the open public is not someone/-thing who would know. Or would be told. We can assume that they don't have the funding, but matter of fact, we have no clue.

I have not seen any real evidence of the latest bid either, would doubt that McColl would discuss it with the BBC or any press for that matter.

Read in FF that cash plus shares could be on offer.

Hope it works, I have a bet with a colleague that the club will be sold by Friday!!

not again....thought we reached agreement on this!!!

FACT: CG & consortium had the required funds to complete the buyout, with "some" left over - as confirmed by Malcom Murray. How much that "some" is, we don't know - it may be £30....it may be £3m. There has been no indication from anyone as to what the long term funding is looking like (with the exception of possibly £3-4m expected in the next month - as confirmed by MM)
