Monty Seeing The Deeds

There isn't any doubt BH.

The docs are good, and we should be moving on. The fans reps appointed the guys on the RFFF to ask the questions of the new board and see the proof we all need, and they have told us everything is in order.

These are real good and proper bears who never in a million years would tell their fellow fans anything but the truth about what the board are up to. They are satisfied the new board are on the level and that's good enough for me, as it should be for most bears.

The RFFF seem much more level headed and sensible than Brown, sounds like his behaviour at this meeting was terrible.

Quite so, but I would still be interested to know three things:

  1. On what basis has the RFFF, which was formed to look after donations if I undertsand it correctly, and includes at least three peole who have conflicts of interest, suddenly become the voice of the Rangers fans?

  2. What are the qualifications of the "appointed the guys" to review legal paperwork? And for the avoidance of doubt, whoever they are, I am not doubting that they are "are real good and proper bears".

  3. Who are they?

1) They are the voice of the RFFF, not the Rangers fans.

2) You want CVs or the like? Well ...

3) The RFFF has a homepage that lists these people:

Walter Smith

Ally McCoist

Sandy Jardine

Jim Hannah

Andy McCormick

Robert Roddie

William Montgomery

Mark Dingwall

Andrew Smillie

Andrew Kerr

David McCutcheon

John McKee

Jim Riddell

... have a look.

I believe Andy Smillie and at least one other have resigned have they not?

Perhaps I misunderstood but I thought from TB's posts that a group of their committee had been appointed to review the documents and I was simply asking about their qualifications to review legal papers.
