I said you'd probably have needed a CVA worth about 30-50 million or more to avoid it. Presumably implying that CG is in cahoots with Whyte, as the Newco has no obligation to Ticketus, meaning the only reason for doing it would be to prevent Ticketus from pursuing Whyte's personal guarantees.
