Your expectations are that TBK's CVA had some sort of magic touch that would have made HMRC think differently.

 

no not really. my point was liquidation should have been forced on us not volounteered for. and it wasn't just green that volunteered.

 

hmrc migh just have baulked at forcing us to liquidate against our will though probably not.

Liquidating and selling the assets as a package kept the club alive.

 

A totally forced liquidation with the assets going out to be auctioned in the open market who knows what would have happened?

can't believe anyone's criticsing anyone for not liquidating us.

 

We have been liquidated, didn't you notice? It happened shortly after Kennedy, the man worth £360m, bleated about how unfair it was that his bid, 20% of which was dependent on Rangers' qualifying for the Champions League 1/4 finals, was refused.

 

Brian Kennedy would be the ideal Rangers owner for you. He has a similar relationship with reality.
