Zappa 0 Posted August 27, 2012 Share Posted August 27, 2012 is that not what is left of his contract? if we want to cancel it surely he deserves the remainder of his contract? it is different if he has decided to walk away. more likely a deal has been done in the middle somewhere. I doubt very much if we'd be releasing him if we needed to pay him the wages left on his contract when we've already got a serious shortage of players and are due to go into this transfer embargo at the end of the week. In any case, they got a fraction of their wage these last months of admin, so all those who stayed can for the time remain on that. No matter where we are playing, as 35k season tickets and other investment will take care of that.
