Broadfoot to be released

is that not what is left of his contract? if we want to cancel it surely he deserves the remainder of his contract? it is different if he has decided to walk away. more likely a deal has been done in the middle somewhere.

Whilst you may be right, I just dont get this notion that paying them off makes sense.

If he has 400k left on his contract why would we pay him that 400k and then lose his services ? We are apparently still short on numbers so to pay him the remainder of his contract to let him walk away makes little sense to me.

Hopefully it is the case that his pay off will be LESS than the remainder of his contract, like 50% less !! At least !
