Not quite, it will simply list the shareholdings in the names they are registered, leaving it free for anyone who chooses to hide behind their chosen nominee vehicle.

Who has come clean about anything? Whyte has claimed he found the buyer (which Green denies anyway), the same way you or I could have. How does that equal him being the majority shareholder?
