Not quite, it will simply list the shareholdings in the names they are registered, leaving it free for anyone who chooses to hide behind their chosen nominee vehicle.

Sorry but Dingwall being satisfied or not doesn't alter my opinion one way or the other, he's a website and fanzine owner not a financial expert.

 

It won't show there's no majority shareholder at all if parties are in fact acting in concert, there are many ways to mask beneficial ownership.
