Sure Jig can play CB and is probably as good as, if not better than both Perry and Cribari , he's also a leader, something our back line is missing ... but its catch 22. Bears said "If it works don't fix it" I would agree with that, and like Ian said, he can step back into the defense if needs be, like he did on Saturday. 54andcounting 0 Posted November 5, 2012 Share Posted November 5, 2012 Andy Little had scored 8 goals in his opening 8 games (same as McCulloch) then got injured, put him back in the middle along with Sandaza when he gets fit and put McCulloch in defence. McCulloch has been slated in defence and midfield and he finally comes good in his natural position by scoring 15 goals by Nov and he could be moved to defence rather than keep banging them in???? If we want improvement in Ross Perry then Mr Mentor Davie Weir should have been offered a playing / coaching contract extension last year. Its no coincidence the amount of defenders that stood out brilliantly next to Weir. Little Annan Athletic 0-0 Stirling Albion 0-1. Clyde 2-0. Shiels McCulloch Ramsden Cup: Brechin 2-1. Little McCulloch Falkirk 1-0. Little Scottish Cup: Forres 1-0. Naismith probably because we line up with one up front on the road, struggle to play cohesive football and tend to be on the back foot. maybe if ally had the go-nags to treat away matches against plasterers and fishmongers the same way he does at ibrox our results would be better and our strikers would be scoring more goals.
