Meeting Charlie in Melbourne this Friday...

What will it be next? Green's tie looks like it's been asset stripped? :)

I've no idea mate, it is funny watching them go round and round in circles.

I honestly never thought the club owned the Stadium, if your going to say FC & old PLC are separate then the PLC owned the Stadium same way as the new company now own the Stadium.

one of my greatest fears regarding whyte was that he would stri the assets out to a parent company and sign long long leases say 100 years at 5 million a year then simply give the club and all its costs to the rst.

while he sat back and coined it in.

I posted about that often while people said what's the worst whyte can do. blah blah blah.

I suppose Walter and Hart are oblivious to these evil plans then?

I see the whole gang are here, pity Comeoffit got booted he would've loved this latest bout of hysteria.

I wouldn't say that I qualify as a Green basher. I've hardly mentioned him on the thread other than to suggest there's a possibility he misspoke. It's not an issue really to do with Green as such. You may be totally relaxed with it but it doesn't mean that it's not a concern to others.

Not everything boils down to pro- or anti- Green.

Myself, Bluedell, Frankie and perhaps others from here were in the Ibrox Suite at a meeting where Green,Ahmed and Stockbridge claimed the assets (Ibrox and Murray Park) were held by what was then Sevco Scotland but is now RFCL, that's when they produced a receipt for Stamp Duty Land Tax to prove their claims.

If you think it doesn't matter that they're held by RIFC plc as opposed to RFCL then you're deluding yourselves.

Correct me if I'm wrong BD but do you not have some club access where you could find things out?

It'll be recorded on the Land Register held by the Registrars of Scotland but that isn't instantly updated it sometimes takes several months to show up on there.
