THE move is the latest in the Rangers chief executive's war with the SFA and comes after he irked Celtic by going out of his way to make sure Champions League opponents Juventus were accommodated at Rangersâ?? Auchenhowie base.

CHARLES GREEN is set to step up his war with the SFA by offering Wales training facilities ahead of next monthâ??s World Cup qualifier against Scotland.

The Rangers chief executive revealed he is planning to make Murray Park available to Chris

Colemanâ??s side prior to the Hampden clash on March 22.

Green irked Old Firm rivals Celtic when he went out of his way to make sure Champions League opponents Juventus were accommodated at Rangersâ?? Auchenhowie base before last weekâ??s first leg of the Champions League encounter.

And now the Ibrox supremo says he is planning to pull the same stunt with Scotlandâ??s Group A opponents.

Charles Green threatens to walk unless Rangers chairman is ousted

The Yorkshireman made the claim in front of 300 fans when he addressed the Rangers Supporters Association. During a meeting at Ibrox on Friday night, Green told the RSA that the Juventus episode was so successful he was now going to offer the use of Murray Park to Wales in order to aid their preparations.

Green also revealed he is planning to turn Copland House, situated behind the Copland Road end of the stadium, into a club museum.

I don't see any problem....

ANY visiting team will use somewhere to train. If it isn't MP, then it will be some other ground. Why should we not make use of our top notch facilities and make a few quid from it (assuming there is a charge of some kind)

This is only being made into an issue due to the Juventus situation last week, and the fact they were Celtic's opponents. How many other teams have trained @ MP over the years???

I don't see what all the fuss is about!,same with all the OTT reaction to Juventus last week, games are won and lost on the park.

To quote someone from last week, ' it won't matter to us where they train,if they want to use a 3rd division training ground that's up to them'.
