It will be interesting if, like they did with Sion, they do go to UEFA or FIFA for guidance. Wonder when he'll grace us with his words of wisdom. I have heard it was Rod McKenzie who argued hard that the SPL had a very good case and he and Harpers McLeod would secure the desired result. Further, Harpers McLeod is NOT in robust financial health, they need the fee and no doubt will argue that an appeal(led by Rod) will prevail. Last night on Radio Snyde, DJ related the tale of a journo friend telephoning Doncaster yesterday afternoon, seeking his reaction to the findings? Doncaster's short, sharp retort was, "it's not an SPL matter". Which poses the question why we still have a transfer embargo? Why should we be playing in Div 3 in the first place? Why do we still have a european ban? This witch hunt has been exposed, we should go after the SPL and SFA for compensation over loss of earnings from Europe. Not taking the mick or anything, but these questions I posted earlier. What exactly does the likes of the transfer embargo still stand? Wasnt all this a case of punishment before being done with anything? We have 54 minus the 5 they want makes 49.
