I'd be surprised if the club has not relayed details of the key findings from the PM/Deloitte review in order to hopefully satisfy them that Whyte has no legitimate claim on the club. It is important to remember that the findings of the PM/Deloitte review were examined and verified by a hugely respected legal figure, Roy Martin QC. Despite the fact that they were made to look like bumbling fools, I think there's a wee bit more measured vindictiveness in the air these days. Does that mean they're reformed? Well - I doubt it. We'll just have to settle for more cautious and careful in the meantime. As regards us?
