Exactly a month has now elapsed since the requisition was first put on the table and the failure to agree on how to proceed says nothing favourable about either camp. Our incompetent board didn't start questioning the validity of the requisition until last Monday, 25 days after they received it and it's taken them a further 7 days to validate something they knew was genuine/valid all along.
