Per the IPO prospectus, IIRC, its a wholly owned subsidiary of the club. Green and Stockbridge are listed as Directors but my guess is that its in an ex-officio capacity (i.e. by virtue of their positions, or in Green's case his previous position, at the club. I'm hoping that the audited accounts and/or companies house filings clear this up.
