fwiw 150k is peanuts to laxley. it would seem very very strange if they would risk the ire of the fans for it.

 

it would also be very concerning re the board. a huge risk for them to say no to this. it would raise the question are they really in control.

I think this offer is more to move the process of ensuring the Albion is always available than anything else.
