Webster Out For 3-4 Weeks...

Who remembers what happened the last time one of our players did their ligaments in training at the turn of the year....(Klos)

 

Aye me and we won ther league that season so maybe lightning will strike twice. :thup:

Afraid not mate....

 

Not sounding good. Looks like ligament damage. Might be medial or just strained. Shortest timescale is 4 weeks.....Let's hope the scan brings some good news but he will deffo be out for at least a month.

 

What next? :(

 

I strained my medial ligaments about 6 weeks ago and the physio (one of, if not the, best on the island) says that it is a MINIMUM of 4 weeks to get back playing and even now after 6 weeks I still feel it (though the rugby tackle I took at a New year's party didnt help).

 

Obviously Webster will be getting much more intensive treatment than I am but still I would be surprised if he is back before mid Feb

'Yes you can have a drink.... but only after i break your ribs'. :P

 

I wish it was Chris !! The tackle put me back a couple of weeks and at just the wrong time of year !

 

Was a cracking tackle though !
