This guy tonight was a complete joke, far too trigger happy on the card count.

 

I thought last nights ref in the Arge game was one of the best at this WC for the most part, apart from Heinze should have walked.

Its about time fifa found a select few referee's - the best from the main footballing countries - spain, italy, france and england - trained them up and used them and ONLY them in the big tournaments.

we should only be seeing refs who are USED to refereeing in big leagues and who are full time. they should go on an intensive training course every 2 years and if they fail it, there out on their ear.

 

too many games have been ruined by the ref in this tourne.

 

imagine that holland v portugal game had went onto extra time.

 

those players would have to have been booked into hospital suffering cramp, dehydration, fatigue and SHOCK all because of some rusky idiot who`s intent on grabbing the spotlight to make himself a star.

Deco's was just stupidity on his own part, his 2nd one wasnt a booking but with the way the ref was going he should of known better, although his 1st was a dirty tackle.

Figo won't be pulled up in front of FIFA for his headbutt because the ref cooked him for the incident which should've been a red card. So that's another decision the ref got wrong!
