I may be wrong, but I think you are chasing the wrong company....

Any manufacturing warranty will be offered by the manufacturer (clue in the name), rather than the reseller. Sports Direct would have been obliged to rectify the fault within a suitable time scale (possibly 30 days). Out with that time, you need to take it up directly with Puma.

side buckling funny some peple still think Puma is some kind of 3rd world sports retailer. get over it.

As for the top, after 6 months the onus is on you to tprove it was an inherant fault.

however, i guess you should be able to do that since you emailed them about it months ago.

however they can make you pay for a 3rd party to prove weather it was washing it too much , or a faulty shirt as 6 months have passed. ( well that was the JJB rules many moons ago )

Its the one thing I miss about the UK is you take your faulty item back to where you bought it, here you have to go to the manufacturer.

I would say it should have been done at the time, there is no proof you haven't worn it playing rugby every day or only worn it once, however the fact you emailed them in October stands you a chance.

I have washed my home top from this season at least 30 times and its still as good as new every time I put it on.

Always been the shop I have dealt with previously.

PS - Another thing that's annoying is this is a common manufacturer fault and I'm sure they know all about it

People defending Puma? :roflmao: Catch a grip ffs. It is embarrassing. It is what it is, a poorly 3rd way way way behind the big two.

The question should be asked, why is it only our stuff that is falling apart?

It may not be our biggest issue at the club right now but image in the 21st century is very important. This is disgraceful. We used to have standards.

Contrast our merchandise with that of other clubs, Celtic in particular and you get a clearer picture of the difference in class and standards.
