Well, he and his delivered two promotions in a row and only future will tell whether he'll deliver us the Championship title too. That is not exactly a comment on how I view his "qualities". And to make that clear, I doubt that he's the man who will turn Rangers into a European power again. I thought that of other managers too, and one duly defied that and got us to a European final.
