Ask them who got everyone checked in for the 12 hour delayed flight to Istanbul, who was responsible for the Dyar Hotel in Bursa (not me ) and who got us all into the best hotel in Kaunas, well nearly the best hotel in Kaunas. Travelling from Edinburgh for a game against the Hearts I arranged a lift on a club bus but the dastards drove past the pickup without stopping. To St Andrews 'bus station arriving just as the last Eastern Scottish special left; to Waverley for Queen Street then a sprint to Central to see the last train leaving the platform; outside to get a taxi with three others by this time. A bloke came out of the station having seen off a wedding party. "A lift to Ibrox?" says he, "come on, I'm off to Paisley to see the Celtic".
