Good thread, there is loads. Dado Prso cant be one, he is a legend and was loved.

 

David Robertson is he best shout from the list.

 

I thought that about Alex McDonald and Dave Smith they are full legends to me.

Davie is sure a on-song hero. Of the list in the OP, I'd have Stuart Munro first and foremost.

 

BTW, Robert Fleck was also one I remember from my early days, even though I only heard his name being mentioned as a scorer (quite often) on the BBC World Service et al by Paddy Feeny and the like.

porrini in hindsight could be included when you consider how well he played in comparison to ricksen and just about everyone else who came after him at right back.

 

Good shout. I liked Porrini. Vidmar aswell in the same team.
