He came to Bermuda last Easter and ran a Rangers camp for us - he was the lead coach that Rangers used. Our boys also went to Canada and used the facilities of the youth program Andy runs there in a town called Ajax in Ontario. When we played CSKA at Ibrox in 1993, in what is probably the biggest game our club has played in 40-50 years, my dad comes home from the game with a signed programme. The signees?
