Two old bufffers reading out their arguments, with copious reference to Statute, Statutory Instruments, Case Law, Codes of Practice, and the like. Neither of the speakers so far display any training in the theatrical arts. Mind you, even Burton & Olivier would struggle with this script. From what I have seen, there seems to be little need for this whole show, as it could likely be done by written submission/response/resubmission, etc. Transparency of process, I suppose would be the argument.
