Is the end game for King drawing near?

Yesterday at the court of session the wheels of the TOP action at the CoS finally ground into action. Interesting times ahead.

Ah, yes, that most heinous transgression of Company Law, electing not to make an expensive formal offer for all Rangers' shares at a price quite below their market value.

For divination of the outcome, we should, perhaps, consult the better known works of Lewis Carroll, although some would have us consider the novels of Kafka.

Get ready for a big shock - the beggar tramp liars latest one is, his sources have confirmed that David Murray is ready to take over again - apparently King is skint.

:laugh2:

The SA authorities are obviously in the habit of demanding tens of millions from paupers.

I like the "taking over" stuff. Unless I am mistaken, King owns just under 15% of the shares, so how would SDM "take over"? Oh wait, I should not start to make sense of Ill Phil's babble, might catch something along the way ...
