Dundee 2 Rangers 1 post match discussion

We meed a creative midfield player, someone who can unlock the bus parked against us.

Couldn't agree more. But what you don't do is go out and get an overweight has been like Krankcjar as MW did.

We don't create nearly enough in Central MF.

There's no ability. he;s a lazy barsteward

Watch the first game of the season at Motherwell & tell me there's no ability there ? The problem is getting him to do that more often. That's where a good manager earns his money. Unfortunately we've not got a manager at present.

In South East Asia just now and was looking forward to watching the game by the pool this morning when I woke up but I don’t think I’ll bother.

Seems this formation is easy for teams to play against. Like mentioned before I’d go 3-5-2 or 3-5-1-1. We have center backs capable of passing the ball and stepping out. Stick 2 DM’s in front of them and play 2 full backs out wide. Part of the problem is that left wing and this formation solves the problem with John covering the whole flank. And Tav or Candeias on the other side. Windass might be suited to the 3rd more attacking spot in the midfield with Morelos and A N other upfront (even Windass when Dorrans is back). I think a system like that would get the best out of our players rather than square pegs in round holes.

We need a manager pronto. Board are in for a difficult Thursday afternoon. Robertson position needs to be looked at. Seems to be out of his depth.
