Stubbing out a cigar in an apprentices eye

Maybe if you actually knew what LED to that incident you would have a differing opinion.  The player who got their eye stubbed had tried to set fire to Barton's shirt in a nightclub.  Barton retaliated.

I agree with Rousseau - Lennon and Barton are very different in all manners.  Barton comes across as a ned, but is well educated and thoughtful.  Lennon simply IS a ned.  And a dangerous one at that, one who plays the victim card whilst actually being the instigator of all the mayhem that surrounds him.

They say "love is blind".Kim must have been totally sightless to have been going out with him.

Or maybe she saw $$$$ signs.... which would have blown in the wind after his investments in the film investment schemes :ninja:

Well, one can give him and his lot credit on how they perform. Resultswise. Essentially, where they are is what one would expect of them or indeed Hearts. That said, his team, not least against us, plays much like he used to play - straight in the faces of the opposition, very "physical and robust" ... something the Scottish refs seem to "like". A bit like Killie and Accies building teams that cope best with their rubbish pitches. while they hope for the best away from home.

Can't say that I like that style one bit, nor the refereeing that goes with it. And the least said about TLB the better.

All things being equal hubz should be sitting 3rd not 4th.  They have the third highest number of season ticket holders in the country so he is effectively managing one of the wealthiest teams. As far as i'm aware they have around twice as many season ticket holders as the sheep.

And incidentally he got Bolton relegated to the 3rd tier for the first time in over 20 years.

Hibs have more ST holders than Hearts?  Surprising.

Think they sold more than Hearts this season due to the excitement of being promoted after several years in the championship.
