He had better fight.  Too many spineless responses thus far have done no good.

Time to take these chancers head on.

I don't think DK will back out of this fight! I only worry what the corrupt SFA will come up with as we always seem to be isolated from the rest of all the other clubs! it could get messy! but I do hope DK takes this all the way

I'm not so sure mate? who knows what the Rangers haters will try to do next? bring it on I say

The SFA haven’t got the money for any legal battles.

Hence the stance DK is taking just now.

And in any case the SFA now have a new chief exec who will want to draw a line under these past few years if he’s to achieve anything in this role.

The public pointing towards conflicts of interest of individuals involved with the governing bodies seemed to be a pre-emptive warning/strike that was decided upon after the two charges were brought against us.

To have any real effect, you'd need to hold back on some preverbial 'larger bombs' to throw out there. Without them, you probably only harden attitudes against you.

I think that these charges have come about mainly because of the resolution 12ers and Co who have for years been determined to maximise damage on Rangers and have pushed Celtic PLC to jump on their bandwagon.

It's difficult to say what will come from this.

A while ago, I'd have said there was not much to worry about as the commercial aspect was seen as the most important factor to take into consideration by pretty much all clubs, including Celtic PLC......but now, I think that may have changed.

Anyone hear anything about what is happening tomorrow ?

eg. Is it going to be a 3 man panel or is there going to be a senior legal figure in charge ?

I believe it is a 3 man panel with one being a solicitor or advocate.

That is the normal SFA rules. They don't always follow them for Rangers though.
