I think he gets that from his playing days. He's looking at them, noting their number in his head, and then he'll walk out and slide tackle them in the car park. He does look at them as I feel he's thinking either "did you really ask me a stupid question like that", or "go ahead, I dare you to ask me the question you're think of". What is clear is that they (SG and GM) have a good cop/bad cop think going on. I wonder if that's how it works with the players too.
