I haven`t seen that many games of days gone by, but there sure never was a single Old Firm GoH for a clinched title win AFAIK. Even if they manage that feat on Sunday, it would be a token gesture and pandering to the mhedia who laid into us in days gone by, while antagonizing their hooped horrors outside the ground. Both teams had been challenging for the title but Utd clinched it a couple of weeks before the supposed showdown match. Because nothing was at stake, both teams fielded their youth sides and a Chelsea team, who had contributed little or nothing to Chelsea's season lined u for a G of H for Utd players who had not played a first team game between them before that night.
