I think the league did their due diligence.

A four year investigation and a hundred counts against MC?

Gotti wouldn't walk on that much evidence.

PLUS with the gubmint already looking to bring forward stiffer regulations on the FA for this kinda thing?

Sheeeiiit...example time.

Lookin forward to watchin this sphincter dilation.

Was it not the case that German magazine Der Spiegel got all this Man City info from a computer hacker?

how would that stand up in a courtroom?

What does Der Spiegel have to do with the FA?

Are you insinuating they also used a hacker?

Is that why it took them four years?

The league has the dirt.

It's goin down son!

FA don't need no Der Spiegel.

HOWEVER...UEFA used much of that to ban them for two years.

So, who is to say the FA cannot as well?

This is not a court of law.

This is an organization (FA) where financial disclosure, and financial fair play is commensurate with membership.

Rules which MC were a signatory to in 2008.

Their ass is in a sling.

Due diligence? Lol. All of the big clubs are at it, and have been for years.

But, and it's a very big but, fuck all will happen. The spectre of a breakaway league is very much still hanging around, its never gone away, and the EPL and UEFA know it.

And as for establishment clubs, they don't exist, money and power is far more important than any made up establishment.

Look what the so called establishment done for us, HMRC, and the BBC.

As long as the money isn’t illegal what’s the problem simple its jealousy people can’t handle to much success it’s the owner’s money and as far as I’m concerned they can spend it as they like .

would love to see Rangers have access to a fraction of that wealth.

I think that is illegal, is it not?
