Definition of Insanity is what we currently are , playing the same slow plodding turgid football but expecting a different result.

We simply cannot play against these teams , we've been struggling for 2 years now,  and expecting different results .

The Feyenord fans that were on various podcasts all predicted this would happen .

He has to go , and go now.

But, but, but we're skint! And the board are useless!

We're finished.

We should just pack up.

Admin 2.0 here we come!

Well at least one of the points above are true. The board came out some weeks back on a charm offensive after being called out.

They made a pigs ear out of it, pulled subsequent planned interviews and have (apparently) locked themselves in a bunker somewhere.

In testing or trouble times the board should lead, be front and centre, ours are running for the hills and hiding.

For me the problems are above the position of team manager.

Does anyone really believe sacking GvB and bringing in a replacement (who by the way) would turn things around completely?

we’ve got a squad basically made up of bosmans and bargain basement signings with the occasional youth or loanee thrown in. And also with a DoF doing what exactly? Bringing in players at cut price fees with injury records ? Letting once saleable assets run down their contracts? What would any new manager make of this ?

Until we get serious investment(from where I don’t know) to go out & get better calibre players then we’re stuck where we are I’m afraid with the occasional good season but mostly mediocrity
