Would a contract with incentives be a good idea for Cantwell (a player with attitude problems)? 

 

Although, I can also see how this could have an adverse affect on attitude.

I was referring to his injury problems.

Correct - be hard pushed to sign a player who has never been injured.

 

Take Goldson as an example - had a heart issue but played every minute under SG.
