No Tifo tomorrow

Recommended Posts

How can the Police determine who we allow into our stadium the night before a game?

Why haven't our board communicated the reasoning behind this decision and why they believe a UB TIFO would be a "public safety issue" or whatever reason Polis Alba have given?

More spinelessness from our board - they really don't give a feck about us (as shown by the "access and exit" procedures for tomorrow's game).

I also note Celtic fans will be able to access and exit the stadium as they please. No getting them into the ground 1hr prior to kick off and no holding them after the final whistle. Treated better by Rangers and Polis Alba than Rangers fans.

Careful lad Sturgeon's black shirts might be monitoring these fan forms

All the more reason to take a Union Flag, a Boyne Standard, a Saltire or a Red Hand of Ulster.

British Flag GIF

That flag is upside down: a distress signal, if memory serves, so perhaps appropriate come half two or thereabouts tomorrow.

(The broad white stripe should be seen to the top, nearest the pole.)

A couple of points about this are interesting.

Firstly, it's futile to highlight the hypocrisy.  There is a hierarchy and we are not at the top.  That problem can't be dealt with by pointing at hypocrisy.

Secondly I would like to know what kind of advice and support the Broomloan Collective offer to people. Anybody here know?

I don’t particularly like these card displays been done over and over again, but I just don’t get this. What harm, what safety issue is it with pieces of card? Why did the Rangers board go along with this? What could the police do if a card display went ahead?

It probably has something to do with the flares at the UB 15th anniversary game (against Hibs).

Gave the Police an excuse to step in and the club have not bothered to stand up for the fans.

Amazing what that lot get away with (sectarian effigies, IRA sloganeering etc.), whilst we get shafted time and time again.  Welcome to modern Scotland.

Why should the club stand up for the UB in this case as they have never condoned the use of flares,it is the UB's own fault and not that of the general fan base.
