The Ibrox side are planning a big summer of incomings AND outgoings as they look to refurbish their squad under Michael Beale.

The news came as football finance expert Kieran Maguire insisted there ISN'T such a huge gap in the finances of Rangers and Celtic.

He told the BBC Scottish Football Podcast: "There was only a £4million difference in the 2022 accounts but my understanding is that Rangers' wage bill was heavily incentivised towards achieving success in getting to the Europa League Final as well as winning the Premiership.

"There were some advantages that the club has had in the past couple of years which have accelerated the wage bill.
