That's not England's fault though.  And McGinn did say "Channel 3", which is probably a reflection of his IQ.

Well, given that Eng, Wales, Scot and NI usually play at the same time, Channel 4 could arrange for broadcasters in the 4 countries to feature their own teams. It's all part of the attitude that infers England means Britain. I'm British and Scottish not British and English.

Channel 4 doesn't have regional channels, so it couldn't do that.

Viaplay won the rights to show Scotland matches.

McGinn has a point though: Channel 4 beam all England games throughout the UK but you cannot see Scotland games on terrestrial tv.

Consider it a blessing

The issue is of the SFA’s making, not a TV broadcaster.

I watched a decent match between England and Brazil last night

Quite good for an exhibition match with some flashes of old-style Brazilian play. The speed over the ground of their  passing was impressive or was that just an illusion?

Oh it was no illusion let's hope our half backs were  watching how to despatch the ball rather than dawdling like auld weemin crossing the road

It’s UEFA not the SFA who have responsibility for Tv contracts for internationals

Craigan and Stewart on co-comms for tonight's match.

Surely Viaplay are committing some sort of audio terrorism giving airtime to this pair of weapons?
