ian1964 10,448 Posted November 5, 2007 Share Posted November 5, 2007 We all know that we will go out in a 4-5-1 formation on Wednesday night but I am with you buba - we really have nothing to lose in this game so I would like to see WS start JCD and Cousin in a 4-4-2 and see how they get on. We aren't expected to take anything from the game and most Gers fans (Ian and Pete aside :fish: ) also don't expect us to get a result - so I would rather we went out trying to compete (which we will do no matter the formation) and be more attack-minded. Not true Craig,as i've already said I think we can get a result,more likely to be a draw,but IMO WS will play the same 4-5-1 formation and try and hit them on the break,but in reality we shouldn't expect to go there and get a result,but I said the same when we went to Lyon :cheers: 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

calscot 0 Posted November 5, 2007 Share Posted November 5, 2007 I think it would be too risky to play Buffel against the likes of Barcelona without first giving him a few games in the SPL to get to full match fitness.
