[Official] Rangers part company with Beale

Recommended Posts

Not ‘happy’ to see another manager sacked but he had to go and the sooner the better.

The only real choice for now is an interim manager. Problem is there is no real stand out candidate as a permanent appointment. Young up and comers won’t want to risk it with us and experienced decent coaches won’t want to see their reputations tarnished after a bad time with us.

So what’s the move here? Hope the interim team does well and gets us to the end of the season and a candidate emerges. Hope Steve Davis emulates Xavi, Guardiola, Gerrard etc and turns out to be a managerial masterclass?

I haven’t heard one name mentioned in terms of the job from ‘bookies favourites’ that I’d have confidence in.

Interesting times ahead..

I am a Rangers ST holder & shareholder. I have little confidence in the Rangers board when making managerial appointments.

It seems, not for the first time, we’ve sacked a manager & not had a replacement lined up.

How do you know we don’t have a permanent replacement lined up?

I don’t know for sure but if what I’ve been told is correct we’ve been talking to managers since the Celtic game. That suggests to me our esteemed board were  planning to ditch MB & his coaching staff. So in over a month( since the Celtic game) they haven’t got anyone ( if the info I got is correct)

Those making the decisions have no clue what is going on. We’ve just appointed our newest manager, interim or not, and guess what? It’s another complete risk. It’s the only thing the decision makers know to do, flip a coin and hope for the best.
