Geniunely wondering who's out there who's an experienced coach and has previous with the club?

 

The best I can come up with is Ian McCall - not sure if he's classed as a Rangers man either.

Indeed. The manager has his hands full dealing with the players we've got, without holding the hand of some inexperienced coach who happens to have some past connection to the club. I think PC is probably more than capable of navigating the shallow waters of the SPFL.
