I think it sometimes seems that way, but many, many clubs have similar situations, I'm sure, we just don't read about it on another clubs forums?.

Its a tactic these clubs use to force players out. Stop paying them, player needs money so moves elsewhere to earn again and once they are away Turkey club x stumps up monies owed.
