Of course it's disappointing, how could it be anything else? But let's not get too despondent. This is the same team that Beale build and had effectively surrendered until Philippe Clement listed them and worked a few minor miracles, despite losing key players to injury. There was always going to come a point when we saw the limitations of what these players can deliver, even with proper management. The real improvements surely lie ahead of us as new players join the squad and lesser lights are cycled out. This is a season's work and I believe there are reasons to be cheerful, even in defeat.

What I did like today was the way we refused to be subjected to a 5-0 defeat, which looked on the cards at one point. We definitely showed some of the spirit I want in a Rangers team, even if we lack the quality to make it count.

It is what it is but I'm convinced we are in the fight for the first time in years.

Right! I am saying we are going to win the league!. :rfcbouncy:

Beaten by twelve men, yet they should have been down to nine.  A really poor performance from Cantwell, Sima & Dessers, whom I hoped had turned a corner. For me Sterling was our best player followed by wee Ridvan. I find myself wondering whether or not we should be trying to get Sima, or let him go once his loan is up. Another question is, how can abada play infront of those palastine flags ?

Dessers was a big issue today.  Struggles to hold the ball up and needs several touches before shooting.  With our formation, we need someone far more clinical/useful in that position.

Dessers would be better off selling the big issue.

Decisions didn't lose us the game today, the simple fact is that we aren't good enough and we haven't been for a long time. We've seen it before that this side can't even beat a severely depleted Celtic team. They had two different CD lineups today who were inexperienced and we couldn't test them. That is the simple truth, whenever we get into a decent position we conspire to fuck it up for ourselves.
