Stills are used all the time by VAR - its a red card today, its a red card every day of the week and twice on a Sunday. It's not incompetence as you've admitted that in modern day football it's a red. Did I hear correctly McFadden trying to claim Casey’s studs weren’t raised ??? is he having a laugh? Has he seen the photos ? It was the turning point in the game. Had the ref(&VAR) done his job correctly Motherwell were down to 10men. A different game altogether from then on. Referees will cost us the title this season.
