I'd be more concerned with the new Articles of Association that the consortium want to bring in and the reduction in transparency.

Why are you concerned about the new articles? Presumably the new ones will be the model articles, unless you know something different?

What reduction in transparency? Being a PLC costs more and makes it more difficult to issue shares.

Also I'm not sure why you raised the points in this thread. A statement about a SFA fine has got nothing to do with our corporate arrangements. We can have a view on the statement independent of the points you raise.

I'm surprised the club thinks there's a lack of consistency. The authorities are very consistent, they'll ignore anything awkward from any other member except Rangers, they've been consistent with this for years.

I agree but Brown's comment was unnecessary, could have used the word 'incompetent' for example.

I think even if he had said that, the SFA would've levelled the same charge at us.

They've made a rod or their own back here.

Essentially, they need to monitor and punish every other Scottish football club for similar, every match published on that clubs media channels.

That's a lot of review and punishments.

It's not hypocrisy; it's hierarchy.
