I've no wish to defend Advocaat's loyalty, or lack thereof in particular, but loyalty is in short supply throughout football these days whether it be managers, players or any of the backroom staff. They're worse than journalists the lot of them, whose lack of loyalty is best summed up by their nickname - 'Hacks' - so named after the black cab and available for hire to anyone with the money.
