According to reports someone from the Tottenham board has had talks with another manager to take over from big Ange despicable I’d call it.

Nils Koppen to leave Rangers

Lindstrom was not good from what I can see. Don’t think they want to keep him. Broja managed 4 shots on target all season. Makes Dessers look amazing. Ndiaye and Onana are good. The rest I have no idea about. -

Martin was here, he saw what we are up against. If this 4-3-3 trash will go on with inadequate players (and so far we have solely inadequate players to go through a season with that system), 56 will not end up in Govan.

It's actually not bad. I haven't looked at his complete record, but they've signed some good players. "He played a key role in the additions of Amadou Onana from Lille, James Garner from Manchester United and, last summer, Iliman Ndiaye from French side Marseille. He and Thelwell had also tracked winter addition Carlos Alcaraz, a deadline-day loan signing from Flamengo in Brazil, for a number of years." "This season, Everton have signed five players — Jack Harrison, Jesper Lindstrom, Orel Mangala, Armando Broja and Alcaraz — on temporary deals."

Can’t wait to have a look at some of the great buys Everton have made over the past few years.. oh.. -
Couldn’t find one locally and weren’t going to bring in a coloniser from England.
-
I think a lot of strings were being pulled by people at Parkhead with political connections

Finished that for you.

Ah, yeah I see that now looking at other stuff. FWIW, Thelwell as Sporting Director needs to be given the chance to implement his own footprint on the job he's been given to do. And again, just my opinion - I don't think Koppen was worth keeping, he effectively in his previous job with PSV was a scout that worked under an SD. Didn't merit being a head of recruitment/technical director in his own right, especially after such an abysmal season, the points gap to that lot isn't even worth discussing again. Nice fresh clean start.

Fraser Murray out next please. No more Ridvans, Matondo’s or Davies. Worst window ever. -
Had a few brandy and cokes last night. No excuse but...

Dan Purdy from Everton. We’ve also been linked to their youth academy director who is leaving. Dont think copying Everton’s recruitment or youth policy will lead to good results. And if Thirwel doesn’t work out we don’t just need to sack him but his two pals also. -
The bit I emboldened...who's the DOFs mate we're getting in to replace him?
-
It's not just Andy Newport reporting it to be fair, sounds legit.

Hopefully true and reach agreement especially Propper. -
Koppen to leave and Daniel Purdy tipped to takeover. Looks like it wasn't just a coincidence that Purdy left Everton a week or so back (as I posted 😃).

With regards to? -
It's Andy bloody Newport saying it, I will believe when the club announce it.

I'm disappointed with this. Although, having a Recruitment Director is somewhat stepping on the toes of the DoF.
